We recently listed a large condo at Brookwood Place Condos in the Buckhead/Midtown area.  If you are not familiar with Brookwood Place it is considered a mid-rise luxury condo building located near the Brookwood Split.   This convenient location offers easy access to get over to the heart of Midtown and Buckhead within a matter of minutes.  Prior to entering the building which is located at 1735 Peachtree Street, you will encounter a plethora of restaurants and retail including Borders, Kroger, Spa Sydell, Wolfgang Pucks, and Sage.

The building itself has wonderful amenities including 24 hour concierge,  swimming pool, fitness center, business center and garage parking.

With only 112 condos and 26 townhomes, Brookwood Place is a great alternative to the many hi-rise buildings located throughout Metro Atlanta.

Our listing is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo with 1690 sq.ft.  The owner did many wonderful upgrades to the unitincluding custom tile back splash in the kitchen and running that tile above the gas fireplace.  If you spend a lot of your time in the kitchen than you will definitely be pleased with what this kitchen has to offer.  Besides the abundance of storage space, the kitchen boasts granite countertops, gas stove, walk in pantry and a breakfast nook.

One of the best features of this unit is the layout.  It’s really hard to find a condo that flows well and has the space to accommodate an area for entertaining guests.  The separate dining room area could easily fit a 12 seat table and while people gather in the living room they can also sprawl out to the over-sized balcony.

The master bedroom has his and her walk in closets, access to the balcony and trey ceilings.  You won’t be disappointed with the master bathroom either which contains a separate shower and jacuzzi tub.  Double vanities and a linen closet are also  nice features in the bathroom.

If you are looking for a roommate floorplan, this unit definitely provides privacy and both bedrooms are spacious.

I am always impressed with Brookwood Place and it continues to be one of my favorite condo buildings in Atlanta.
