The community at Vinings Vineyard has become one of my favorite condo properties.  Located just a short 20 minute drive to get to all the major hubs in Atlanta, and super close to I-285, the Vinings area has a plethora of places to go to as well including the Cobb Galleria,  Cumberland Mall, the Cobb Energy Center and right up the road is one of my favorite taverns, Marlow’s Tavern!

Vinings Vineyard is a quaint gated community of just 99 units, it is quite obvious that the condo community is well taken care of too.   It has quite a nature like setting, plenty of greenery and vegetation.   The complex also offers a nice size salt water swimming pool, pet walk area, a clubhouse and a gym.

The unit itself is located in building 4000, which sits atop a hill of the property, in my opinion that building is a better option as far as views go.   Located on the main floor of the building, but yet elevated, the first thing you encounter is a very spacious front patio.  It’s really a neat sitting area and somewhat reminds me of a New Orleans vibe.  This is great area to entertain or just to relax and have a glass a wine.

Once inside the unit, you will have the kitchen area, which has plenty of cabinets and counter space for those who love to cook.  Right off the kitchen area is the extra Bonus Room, which can be used for a dining room, den or office space.  Access to courtyard patio is from the Bonus Room as well.

The bedrooms are set up as a roommate style plan, one bedroom on the left and master bedroom on the right.  Both bedrooms are very spacious and can easily accommodate a king size bed and additional bedroom furniture.  Off the master suite you will find a walk out balcony which can be accessed from the main living room as well.    The master bedroom has a nice size walk in closet and master bath contains double vanity, garden tub and separate shower.   Off to the guest bedroom, you will find another nice size closet and located in the hallway connecting the guest bedroom and bath is the laundry area.

The living room has a great layout and very easy to set up furniture.  There is also a gas fireplace…which the gas is included in the monthly HOA fee!

This is a terrific property, a very nice location and great price of just $269,900, which is a terrific value for this floorpan that has approximately 1744 sq.ft.
