The Wilburn House is located
in Midtown, Atlanta directly on Piedmont Park.
It was originally constructed in 1911 and in
2000 went through a complete renovation. At that
time, the architects added 2 additional
buildings that kept with the original Wilburn
House architecture. Aside from having Piedmont
Park as your backyard (what Atlantan wouldn't
want this?), this area is just fantastic!
There are so many cool restaurants and places to
walk to, which is hard to find in Atlanta. If
you're new to Atlanta or enjoy living in a
walkable area, The Wilburn House would
definitely be a condo building to check out!
